We will meet in five back-to-back 70 minute sessions. We’ll go over what you’ve been through and what you’re up against. Together, we’ll identify the triggers and challenges that create confusion and uncover tools and strategies to increase your confidence in yourself and in-turn navigate these moments with greater ease.

By the end of our work, you’ll have a clearer vantage point, actionable steps to move forward, and a renewed sense of control over your life—grounded, empowered, and ready to meet your next chapter and chapters to come.

Over the course of 4-6 weeks, learn to re-wire your relationship to yourself, others, and the world around you.

In our first 90 minute meeting, we will dive into who you are and where you come from. We’ll identify patterns and themes that hurt you and ones that help you.

In our second 90 minute meeting, we will map out how to use what we discover in a more adaptive way - paving a new road toward healthier and happier relationships.

After a few weeks to integrate what we’ve uncovered, we will meet for a third and final 120 minute meeting - to refine your progress and solidify the tools and insights you’ll carry forward with confidence.

  • Intensives are best suited for those who are currently stable but seeking deeper work.

  • Therapy intensives typically fall outside standard insurance coverage as they're considered a specialized format of care.

    We can provide you with what is called a super-bill, which you can then give to your insurance and potentially be reimbursed. We always recommend checking with your insurance provider directly about their specific policies regarding intensive therapy sessions if reimbursement is important to your decision-making process.

    We do accept HSA and FSA as forms of payment.

  • You’ll receive instructions and recommendations of how to prepare and arrive for your intensives upon booking. As a general rule of thumb, it’s recommended that you reflect on goals, challenges, and patterns you’d like to shift. We ask that you come in with a trusting and open mind, with a readiness to face the discomfort that comes with change. It’s good practice to take good care of your basic needs before coming in, and taking time off of work where you can to give yourself mental space to process the intense work we’ll be doing.
