founder & clinician at centered self

I’ve found in my practice that it’s not an uncommon experience to find yourself in circumstances that don’t align with what you want for your life.

This can happen for a variety of reasons, often stemming from a history of complex trauma, resulting in confused self worth, or general trouble relating to the world around us. It can show up as, or be worsened by, things like anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, among other things.

My approach is centered around emotional attunement. I provide a supportive environment, setting a safe foundation for uncovering the true self beneath the layers of conditioning and trauma.

I combine elements of psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and both jungian and intuitive perspectives to create a deeply relational space where true change can occur.

I work with people who aim to go deeper. We will see each other at least 1x weekly (sometimes twice weekly!), and usually over a lengthier period of time. Although casual, I always operate with the intention in making sure our work together is worthwhile.

Your self-awareness and emotional intelligence are a strength, and I’m here to help expand upon this skill, offering you the tools and perspectives to reach true healing and long-standing change.
