For me it’s kind of like jumping into a flow with someone. As clients describe what they’ve experienced and are going through, I dive in to help describe the emotions and make sense of what’s transpired.

From there, we move on to what you need in order to heal and break any negative patterns or cycles. This could be with general psychoanalyis, inner child healing, boundary work, grief work, dream work, energetic protection, reiki, etc.

I prefer to put people on a recurring schedule at the same time every week, 1-2x per week.

I offer choices for this depending on your resources. I understand most people will opt for the lowest rate; if you have the means, please consider going for the supportive option to help off-set these costs. I never require a commitment to your choice.

I don’t like the idea that a private company gets to dictate a clients care.

I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance though, they might be able to reimburse/cover some of the costs. If you opt to do this, we can talk.

I do take HSA/FSA as a a licensed psychotherapist. ☺

I do a hybrid! I prefer in person sessions, but I live in Spain part time and that’s a pretty far commute!

I have a cute studio in Berkley, so whenever I’m there I host us in person if we can! :)
